Collective Shifts
In these times of so much collective change, keep the light shining through of love, peace, and hope in your heart. This flame is lighting up hearts all around the world, awakening us to the shift in consciousness that humanity is ready for. As we let our own light shine we consciously give permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence liberates others. Be the Lighthouse! We are all connected through our shared human experience, but more importantly we have shared collective consciousness. Every exhaled breath shares YOU with the Universe and every inhalation brings the collective back inside you once more. The Breath …the breath is the King of the Mind. We have to use the breath as a therapy …our stress is in our Mind. But since the breath is the king of the mind stress is now breath. The science of breath - the less breath we take per minute…the less fear…the less anxiety, the less panic we have. Reducing the breath per minute we create a platform to move away from fear, anxiety and stress. The combination of breath, sound vibrations, words have a positive impact on stress.
